Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product information carefully before placing an order.

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The incorrect item is received

If a refund is approved, a 25% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Refunds will not be issued for, but are not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Customs delays or import issues

  • Orders refused or abandoned

  • Sale or discounted items
